I really appreciate this post! Both as a testament to our long friendship and, of course, for mentioning my newsletter.
I'm not used to social media and putting myself out there like this (I'm mostly watching YouTube and scrolling Reddit) , so doing this all feels very exciting to me.
It is also nice to finally have some eyes other than my own on my lines and stanzas.
Even if you (whoever is reading this) don't consider yourself much of a poetry reader, I hope you will give Hearts on the Line a try. They are all individual poems (there are 7 more in the tank so far) , but Hearts on the Line is really one work which over time is meant to convey something like the universality of the human spirit. (big words, high hopes!)
If you want to help convey that, please consider answering the two questions anonymously on this link :) https://forms.gle/8LnzT9ZBTXWmSkGM7
Anyway, this post really warms my heart...
Finally, even if it's going to mean less Space Deer, Jonas, it's great to read that you have found a couple of job opportunities. Best of luck with that!
> I’m getting close to my 30’s, and I’m thinking more and more about death and time and what I want to accomplish as an artist before my time is up.
I feel that; we need to ***solve*** anti aging! Nobody is working to _guarantee_ it within our lives. There need be a shift in the goal of society. It's possible; we just need to understand the body at a fundamental scientific level.
You didn't mention what the two full time gigs are ;) I hope it works out

Glad I could do something to (hopefully) throw some more eyes at you, and support you for once..!
And if anyone else reads this, please do go and give Hasse's poetry a try and submit your answers if you feel up for it! :- )
I think you've supported (and inspired) me more than you might be aware of, through the years :)

It's probably doable, unless we learn that a mind can start to deteriorate even if the brain is fine or something???
Don't wanna jinx the gigs by saying what they are hehe
